In all of the equipment listings, the model number is linked to the equipment's complete information. If the status is listed as 'On Rent' or with a icon then the equipment is currently out on rental, and is not immediately available. If the status is listed as 'Out For Cal' or with a icon then the equipment is currently out for calibration, and is also not immediately available. If the status is listed as 'Spc Order' or with a icon then the equipment is not immediately available as it has to be special ordered. Otherwise if the status is listed as 'In Stock' or with a icon then the equipment should be immediately available. If the status is listed as 'New!' or with a icon, then the equipment is brand new, with all manuals and accessories.

The 'At Auction' or , and 'On Sale' or text and icons indicate that the equipment is at auction or currently on sale, respectively. If the equipment is at auction, the text and icon is linked to where the auction is currently occuring.

The 'Picture' or , and 'Specs' or text and icons indicate there are pictures and specification sheets, respectively, available for the associated equipment. The specification sheets are PDF pages grouped by the year of the manufacturer catalog they came from, where 'Misc' is used when the PDF specification sheet came from other sources, and 'Web' is used when the specification sheet is in HTML.
